About Me
Hi, I'm Ozair, a UX designer based out of Vancouver, BC. I completed my Bachelor's in Software Engineering from UBC. During my undergrad, I took some HCI courses which then sparked my interest and passion into the world of design.
I started my career as a web and mobile developer, and then transitioned to becoming a UX designer to pursue my passion. My technical background has helped me work efficiently and effectively in cross-functional teams of various sizes and produce designs that not only improve the user experience but also improve technical inefficiencies.
I'm passionate about incorporating design thinking and user-centred design methodologies to create work that is effective and visually appealing. I like to create a collaborative design environment by involving key stakeholders early and often. Recently I've been passionate about ethical design, inclusive design, and what it takes to make to achieve design maturity within companys
